Lux Calculations
Lux is a measurement of illuminance, which is the amount of light calculated on a surface. Lux calculations need to be made to identify the level of light which is required in a space. To give a few examples, LUX levels of around 120 are needed for places like lounges, with home offices needing approximately 250 LUX. Commercial offices require around 450 LUX, whilst retail environments normally need somewhere in the region of 500 LUX. We have vast experience when it comes to accurately calculating LUX requirements and we have provided this service for a large number of organisations in various industry sectors.
